A real-estate business needed a fast, professional digital presence — not a CMS, not a templated theme, and definitely not a bloated page that takes five seconds to load on a mobile connection. The brief was straightforward: a clean, credible landing page with clear calls-to-action, built to last without ongoing maintenance overhead.
I built the site as a mobile-first landing page using plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no React, no build tooling, no third-party CMS. That decision was deliberate: for a single-page business site that won't change content daily, a static, hand-coded build is faster to load, easier to host, and has nothing to break six months later when a dependency goes out of date.
The layout focuses on the essentials a property buyer actually wants on a first visit — what the business does, where it operates, and a clear way to get in touch — with responsive breakpoints tested across phone, tablet, and desktop widths.
The site is live and active, serving as the business's primary online presence. Because there's no backend or CMS layer, there's effectively no ongoing maintenance cost, no plugin updates, and no server to manage.
